Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days at the latest
from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation.
We can refuse the repayment,
until we have received the goods back or
until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods - whichever is the earlier.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of the goods
After declaring your withdrawal, you will receive all further information about the return shipment by e-mail.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of fourteen days.
Return costs
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
Condition of the goods / compensation
We only accept returns in perfect and unused condition.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods
if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Important notes
- It is not possible to cancel or change an order before it is dispatched, as orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
- Free items ("Free Gifts") are to be returned in the event of revocation, provided that the condition for entitlement no longer applies as a result of the revocation. Otherwise, the usual individual market value will be offset against the refund.
